What we collect

SniperLeads processes account data you provide (name, email, organization membership, billing records) and lead data you extract through the platform. Extracted records are associated with your account and organization so that only your team can access them.

How data is used

Your data is used to provide the service: running extractions, enrichment, monitoring, workflows, and billing. We do not sell your data. Data-source credentials and integration secrets you store are encrypted at rest.

Tenancy and access

Records you create are bound to your user account and organization. Team members in your organization can access shared records according to their role. Administrative access is logged and gated by role-based permissions.

Retention and deletion

You can export or request deletion of your data at any time from account settings, or by contacting support. Deletion requests are processed within statutory timeframes, with GDPR tooling covering export and erasure.

Sub-processors

We rely on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, and data enrichment. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its function.
